Pathways to Leadership and Career Success with Dr. Judy Caruso

Dr. Judy Caruso has over 40 years of experience as a nurse clinician, clinical nurse specialist, educator, administrator, and healthcare leader/consultant. She has been a consultant in the NJ/NY metropolitan area for the past 20 years with her expertise in operations, finance/budgeting for nursing departments, performance improvement, evidence-based practice (EBP) as well as nursing administration and regulatory compliance for acute care, ambulatory and home care. Prior to consulting, she was the Vice President of Patient Services, Resources for Overlook Hospital, a member of Atlantic Health in NJ and an adjunct faculty member at Rutgers University College of Nursing and Seton Hall University College of Nursing.

During the April 9th  presentation Dr. Caruso will: Identify five practices of exemplary leadership to utilize in all phases of your leadership development and career path beginning with a transition into professional practice. As well as identify individual personal and professional changes to empower yourself to lead, drive and thrive.
