Master of Nursing (M.N.) Degree Program:
An accelerated full-time master of nursing program for individuals with bachelor’s degrees in disciplines other than nursing who are interested in pursuing a nursing career. This program prepares the student to enter the profession of nursing with their master’s degree as a generalist. All those who graduate with an M.N. degree take the NCLEX-RN to obtain their nursing licensure, with Mount graduates producing consistently high pass rates.
Bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university with a cumulative 3.0 GPA or an acceptable score on the GRE; Completion of prerequisite coursework with a C or higher in certain courses; Completed graduate application with a one-page typewritten goals statement; Interview.
