The second degree accelerated BSN option is for the student who has earned a Bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing. This option requires full-time study and is completed in twelve months. Upon completion of the BSN program the student is eligible to take the National Council of State Boards of Nursing Licensing Examination (NCLEX). The BSN program is approved by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing and the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).
Earned a Bachelor's degree with Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better; Scored 79 on internet-based TOEFL (if English is not primary language); Completed the specified prerequisite courses; Class size limited and applicants ranked based upon cumulative GPA with consideration for Spanish fluency.
