Description & Objectives

Accelerated Second Career Nursing Program:
A nursing program ideal for the student who already has a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a field other than nursing and has decided to make an important career shift into nursing.  The condensed format of this program allows students to complete a B.S.N. degree in a short time frame and to prepare for the registered nurse licensing exam.

Duration: 
12 months
Admission Requirements: 

B.A., B.S., or B.G.S. or graduate/advanced degrees from an accredited institution with a 3.0 minimum recommended GPA; Completion of prerequisite coursework upon program entry; Completed application with three requisite undergraduate essays, a complete Nursing supplementary application and a resume; Submission of official transcripts; Satisfactory TOEFL scores and professional review of international transcripts for international students.
