Description & Objectives

The mission of the School of Nursing of the University of Delaware is threefold:
 * to provide both a liberal and professional education to students of nursing;
 * to generate and refine nursing knowledge and practice through nursing research and
    research utilization; and
 * to serve society through professional and volunteer outreach to individuals, families,
    and communities.
 

Duration: 
17 months, a new cohort begins fall semester of each year
Admission Requirements: 

Completed application with one letter of recommendation. Submission of official transcripts. Completion of all prerequisite non-nursing courses before beginning nursing courses. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA or higher in their previous baccalaureate degree program to be eligible. Prerequisite science GPA and rigor are of importance & preferred if these credits are earned at a four year college or university.
