Description & Objectives
Accelerated Combined Degree Program (CDP):
An accelerated program for those well-educated, highly-skilled and compassionate individuals who hold a baccalaureate degree in another field and wish to pursue a career in nursing. This program provides an opportunity to complete a B.S.N. in just under one calendar year. Students then have the option of pursuing an M.S. or M.A. in a chosen specialty. The first portion of the program provides the coursework necessary to successfully complete the NCLEX-RN and to continue into the second portion of the program to receive either an M.S. or M.A.
Duration:
12 months - 3 years
Admission Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Completion of prerequisite coursework (option available for prerequisite coursework completion during program); Completed application with a detailed resume, personal written statement, two letters of recommendation and submission of official transcripts; GRE or MAT score report; TOEFL score of 570 for international students.
