Description & Objectives

Second Degree Accelerated Program:
An accelerated program that allows students who have already earned at least a bachelor’s degree in another major to pursue a career in nursing.  This rigorous, full-time program offers the same curriculum of the traditional B.S.N. program, but in a compressed time frame.  Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared to take the NCLEX-RN to receive nursing licensure.

13 months
Admission Requirements: 

Baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution with a cumulative minimum 3.0 GPA; Submission of official transcripts; Completion of prerequisite coursework; Completed application with a typed essay, and activities resume; Sufficient TOEFL scores (550 paper based) for international students; Personal interview.
