Description & Objectives
Accelerated B.S.N. Mobility Program:
An accelerated option designed for individuals who have earned a bachelor's degree in a non-nursing field but have decided on a career in nursing. This full-time option prepares graduated individuals to meet the current and future health needs of society, and provides a solid academic foundation in the practice, science and technology of nursing. Upon completion of this program, graduates are ready to take the registered nurse licensing exam.
Duration:
18 months
Admission Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; Admission to the university; Completion of 56 credit hours of general education coursework with a GPA of 3.0 or higher; Completion of certain prerequisite courses within the last seven years; Completed application with a personal goals statement.
