“Sticks and stones might break my bones, but words can never hurt me.”  This nursery rhyme couldn’t be further from the truth.  Repeated exposure to negative, disruptive behavior can have a significant impact on you, your colleagues and your patients.

This Toolkit is designed to guide NCIN grantees in fulfilling the grant requirements of a mentoring program, and meeting and sustaining the leadership and mentoring requirements of the scholarship grants (See Appendix) from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Designed to offer guidance for college of Nursing faculty members to assist in moving students to nursing leader.

Two Web conferences are scheduled in advance of the application submission deadline.  At each conference, grant staff provided a program overview, discussed eligibility requirements, reviewed goals and expectations, explained the proposal review process, and identified key dates.
